Access Your Result
Programs must log into the NMS Match System to access their MedPhys Match result.
Log Into NMS Match System-
Match Results Information Available in the NMS Match System
- A downloadable PDF document that shows the applicants matched to your program(s). The document also shows the result obtained by each applicant ranked by the residency.
- A downloadable Excel file of applicants who certified a Rank Order List for the MedPhys Match but were not matched to a position, or who withdrew but indicated they are still seeking a position. This information is provided for use by programs with available positions.
You should contact the applicant(s) matched to your residency to acknowledge the result. You must also send a letter of confirmation of the result to each applicant matched to your residency within 10 days of the release of the results. Matched applicants must return the letter in accordance with the residency's instructions within 10 days of receipt of the letter.
Although NMS makes every effort to provide you with your MedPhys Match result expeditiously, failure to receive your result in a timely manner does not affect your obligation to the applicant(s) matched to your residency.
MedPhys Match Statistics
Post-Match Process
Programs with unfilled positions are permitted to seek applicants and fill positions that remain available independently of the MedPhys Match. NMS is not involved in the filling of positions during the Post-Match Process.
Programs can log into the NMS Match System to access to information on applicants who certified a Rank Order List but were not matched or withdrew but indicated they were interested in seeking a position in the Post-Match Process.
Unmatched applicants have access to a List of Programs with Available Positions in the NMS Match System.
