If you are expecting a message from NMS (most communications about the Match are sent by e-mail) and you do not receive the expected message in your "Inbox", you should check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder to see if the message is there. If your e-mail program or server does use filtering, you should instruct it to accept all e-mail from email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org, and/or any other address with the domain @natmatch.com or @matchprogram.org.
