* Communications with NMS should be directed to the Toronto office where possible. In particular, all paper correspondence sent by mail or delivery service to NMS ultimately must reach the Toronto office, and therefore will be received and processed sooner if it is sent directly to the address in Toronto. However, if you cannot call or send faxes to Canada (e.g., some VA and federal institutions impose restrictions on calling outside the U.S.) you should use the phone and fax numbers for NMS in New York.
Please Note: If your e-mail program or server uses "Spam" or "Junk Mail" filtering, it is possible that e-mail sent to you by NMS will be redirected automatically to your "Junk Mail" folder without your knowledge. This has been a particular problem for AOL and Hotmail users, but it can affect others as well. If you are expecting a message from NMS and you do not receive the expected message in your "in" box, you should check your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder to see if the message is there. If your e-mail program or server does use filtering, you should instruct it to accept all e-mail from aoairp@natmatch.com, matchinfo@natmatch.com, and/or any other address with the domain @natmatch.com.
